TradeReply uses secure sign-in to connect your TradeReply account with the Help Center. Sometimes, we may detect an account access issue that prevents us from safely connecting your Help Center profile to your TradeReply account.
If you were redirected here after signing in, it means we could not safely verify the Help Center account connection. Your main TradeReply account, trading data, subscriptions, and platform access are not affected by this Help Center issue.
What Causes This Issue
This usually happens when the Help Center detects that an email address or account identity may already be connected to another Help Center profile.
Common causes include using multiple TradeReply accounts in the same browser, changing your TradeReply email address, previously signing in to the Help Center directly, or having old Help Center session data saved in your browser.
What You Can Still Access
You can still browse public Help Center articles, categories, guides, and search results. You can also continue using your TradeReply account normally outside of the Help Center.
What May Be Temporarily Unavailable
Some authenticated Help Center features may be unavailable until the account connection is resolved. This may include viewing your request history, opening request conversations, accessing Help Center profile pages, or submitting requests that are automatically connected to your TradeReply account.
What You Can Try
First, try signing out of TradeReply completely, then sign back in and return to the Help Center. You can also try clearing your browser cookies, using a private browser window, or making sure you are not signed in with multiple TradeReply accounts in the same browser.
When to Contact Support
If the issue continues, our support team may need to manually review the Help Center profile connected to your account. Please contact TradeReply Support and include your TradeReply account email, a screenshot if possible, and whether you recently changed your email or used another TradeReply account.

TradeReply restricts certain Help Center actions when an account connection issue is detected to help protect account ownership, support request history, and sensitive account-related information.
